This policy covers the 0d.ae website. The privacy of each app (such as Wire Pulse) is described on the app's own page.

Visitors

  • We set no cookies for ordinary visitors, and use no third-party analytics, advertising or fonts.
  • Likes need no account. Your browser keeps a random id in local storage; we store only a keyed hash of it together with what you liked, never the id itself and never your IP address.
  • Server logs keep the request, a truncated or hashed IP and the time for a short period to find faults and abuse, then are deleted.

Comments and the contact form

  • Comments are pre-moderated: they appear only after we approve them. We keep the name you give, the comment, and the e-mail address if you provide one (stored encrypted, never shown publicly and never sold).
  • The contact form sends us the name, e-mail and message you type so we can reply.

Licensing and payments

  • If you buy a license, we store your e-mail, the license and the devices it is activated on. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

E-mail

  • We e-mail you only about things you asked for, such as a license or a reply to your comment.
